Terms and Conditions of your free place

If your free place is accepted, you are expected to attend the full two days of content and the charity networking dinner.

We reserve the right to prioritise applications made by senior officers, which means on occasion we cannot accept all applications. If you do not receive a registration confirmation email, your application has not been successful.

If you opt in for accommodation and later do not require this, please email j.evans@hgluk.com. It is your responsibility to let us know before Friday 16^th October to avoid a cancellation charge.

Attendance & Cancellation Policy

By registering for The MJ Future Forum North, you are confirming your attendance to both days of the forum, including the evening networking dinner.

As places are limited and allocated to a select group of senior leaders, your registration represents a commitment to attend. Late cancellations significantly impact the experience for other attendees.

If you are no longer able to attend, you may nominate a suitable substitute from your senior leadership team at any time.

• Cancellations must be received in writing by Friday 16 October 2026 to j.evans@hgluk.com
• Cancellations made after this date, or non-attendance on the day, may incur a charge of £250 + VAT to cover associated costs, unless a suitable substitute attends in your place.

Accommodation

If you have requested accommodation and no longer require it, please notify j.evans@hgluk.com by Friday 16 October 2026.
Cancellations after this date will incur a charge of £250 + VAT unless a replacement delegate attends.

Applications

Places are limited and allocated to a select group of senior senior local government officers. We reserve the right to prioritise applications to ensure the appropriate group mix. Your place is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
