Terms and Conditions of your free place
If your free place is accepted, you are expected to attend the full two days of content and the charity networking dinner. Your place will include overnight accommodation.
We reserve the right to prioritise applications made by senior officers, which means on occasion we cannot accept all applications. If you do not receive a registration confirmation email, your application has not been successful.
If you are unable to attend The MJ Future Forum North, you are permitted to exchange your place with a member of your senior leadership team. Please be advised that substitutions must be emailed to j.evans@hgluk.com ASAP.
Please note: cancellations for overnight accommodation must be received 4 weeks prior to the event. Cancellations made after this date will incur a charge of £250+VAT unless a replacement is provided.
Applications received after this cut off date will be subject to the same terms stated above, and any cancellation made after this date will be subject to the charge of £250+VAT unless a suitable replacement from the senior leadership team attends on both days of the forum.
