Impact of Labour Government on Public Sector Finances

09:35 - 10:25

With a new government committed to improving public services, how will local government benefit? So far their policies remain unclear, but Rachel Reeves’ autumn statement has given us some indication of their thinking.

  • Can we expect to see longer-term funding settlements?
  • Are we entering a new age of austerity?
