Graham Charsley

After an early career within Financial Services, Utilities and FMCG, Graham's career moved into the Third Sector, leading the People and Organisation Development function within Action For Childen. From this point c. 10 years ago, Graham's extensive HR transformation and Organisation Development experience has been applied within the public sector, most recently in at Government of Jersey as Associate Director, People Services, then in interim roles leading transformational change within HR & OD and across the wider organisation in Stockport Council and St Helens Council.

Currently, Graham is working as Interim HR Transformation & OD Lead, where he is leading the development and implementation of the Council's Culture programme, working closing with colleagues across the organisation and especially with the Human Resources function.

Graham lives in Yorkshire and in his spare time enjoys time with family and friends, swimming, walking, photography and watching his beloved Arsenal FC and Harlequins RFC (mostly from the sofa!)
